I grew up actively involved in sports. From a very early age, fitness was and continues to be a huge part of my lifestyle. I have been active in the fitness industry for over 12 years. I fervently believe there is no better investment than in one’s self— mind, nutrition and movement.

My training philosophy is to coach every one of my clients towards his or her fitness goals by first establishing realistic, specific and quantifiable goals for your fitness.  image

I constantly evaluate body mechanics to ensure of proper posture, form and exercise efficiency. I am capable of scaling or deconstructing every exercise to fit every client’s fitness level.

I have coached and trained clients with fitness needs including injury prevention/rehabilitation, improved sports performance through increased power, speed, endurance and agility, weight loss, and menu design.

It is my ultimate mission to give you the tools to help you defy all self-doubt by creating workouts encompassing full bodily movement, with a heavy emphasis on core engagement, while strengthening your stabilizer muscles; effectively creating a fitter, healthier and more mobile you!  image

My fitness credentials and certifications include CrossFit Level 1, TRX suspension training, Corrective Exercise & Movement, NCCPT Certified Personal Training & CPR/AED Certified.  I enjoy people very much, and we build a good, fun, solid relationship that keeps you up, keeps you feeling happy and fulfilled!

I have lived an active lifestyle, as well as been involved in many sports, my entire life courtesy of my dad, competitive siblings and relatives. Fitness is the corner stone through which I live my day minute by minute. Most days I’d prefer to ride my bike to work rather than to drive my car, because I choose to look at the fitness benefits it has with my personal health and wellness!

image  5 years ago, when I decided to pursue my career in fitness, I found a hunger to help anyone who was and is struggling with his or her personal fitness goals and dreams. With that said, my clients, who are willing to leave everything on the floor, or at least allow me to take everything they brought, constantly surprise me with the fitness goals that we accomplish together.

My goal when training my clients isn’t to use one fitness regimen from client to client. First and foremost, as your personal trainer, I listen to your individual fitness goals.  Next, I will assess your personal strengths, and then design a fitness regimen and plan custom to your specific fitness and goals.

What’s best is that I thoroughly enjoy the process of working with my clients as they achieve new levels of fitness whether its flexibility, strength, power, menu design, muscular or cardiovascular endurance.  We track your progress together so you can see the difference you’re making in your own life! I have certifications in NFPT, CPR\AED.  image
