No matter how much I worked out, I remained overweight and uncomfortable with my body image. I was constantly tired, lacked energy, and my health was worsening

In September of 2012, I made the decision to meet with a personal trainer. That is when I met Peter Pang. Our first consultation left me eager, and our first session left me motivated.

There were times where I thought I could not continue, but Peter pulled me through with his positive attitude by telling me “if its challenging you, its changing you!” I was losing weight steadily, my body-fat was decreasing, and I even gained muscle definition. I was pleased with the results that I worked so hard for. I am happier and healthier now than I have ever been.

It is clear why he is voted “Best Personal Trainer”. I would like to thank Peter Pang aka Mr. Pang-Sanity for his commitment and enthusiasm in helping me to achieve my fitness goals.
