Mark Durando

I was born and raised in Kern County, living in both Wasco and Bakersfield. I completed both my National Academy of Sports Medicine and National Personal Training Institutes certifications for personal training 2 years ago, and I am currently incorporating continued training courses in Performance Enhancement Specialist.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages who are motivated to improve their lives through exercise and good nutrition.  image

In my spare time I help out with the Driller Football Strength and Conditioning Program, and I compete in natural Bodybuilding shows.

My goals as a personal trainer are to integrate my clients into proper body mechanics, nutritional guide lines, strength and conditioning, as well as how to manage stress in daily activities.  We build and learn together, for you to achieve optimum potential in your health, wellness, fitness and whole life!

Kama Ruby

Kama is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a certified in Pilates by D.K Body Balance. She received her Pilates training by Dolly Kelepecz, international Pilates studio owner and dance professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

While a student at UNLV, she also studied three years of Hawkins Modern dance under Louis Kavouras, principal dancer of the Erick Hawkins Dance Company.
Locally, she studied tap and jazz with local legend, Lenore Smith. She has a BA in Theater from the California State University – Bakersfield and an MFA in Acting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Kama’s sessions are an eclectic blend of yoga, pilates, cardio, strength, and dance inspired movements.  She maintains that a class should be pleasurable and fun, or what is the point?
