I have always liked the outdoors and being active, such as snowboarding, hiking, and relaxing at the beach. At age 17, I began seriously working out to improve my physique. I realized I had a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle, and wanted to help others achieve their goals in the gym. By the age of 19, I had become certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and started working as a Personal Trainer. In July 2012, I participated in the NPC Physique Competition, which required 12 months of intense discipline and training. For the past 10 years I have trained a variety of clients, ranging in age from young to senior adults, with many different fitness abilities and goals. I structure my clients’ workouts specifically to meet their individual objectives. Injury prevention is exceedingly important to me. So I am diligent at monitoring form and ensuring that all movements are being done properly.Good health is a lifestyle. Exercise is only one part. A healthy diet is as important as time spent in the gym. I love to cook healthy meals and encourage my clients’ to do the same.
